Refund policy: all payments are final and non-refundable. Late arrivals will not receive their full appointment, as we cannot overlap into another patient’s scheduled time. Additionally, if no notice is given prior to the scheduled time, late arrivals will be charged the full appointment which has been scheduled. No-shows will be charged a full amount.
