Can you check how much Registered Massage Therapy coverage (RMT coverage) I have left?

We can only check ICBC coverage (we are not affiliated with ICBC but we can check), none of the other companies share that information with any clinics, you will need to check your policy and your eligibility. To check your ICBC coverage we will need your Case number and your adjuster’s email address.

What else should I know before my first visit?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out a direct billing authorization form. Please note that if your insurance company does not approve your claim instantly (rare) you will have to pay for the full treatment price before leaving the clinic. We will then submit the claim so that the payment (if approved) will be sent directly to you.
