Marco is a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia and a graduate of Vancouver Career College. He likes to bring an empathetic approach to manual therapy. He believes each person is their own unique self, therefore treatment plans should be patient-centered with the massage focused on overall wellness
Whether you are an athlete with a case of DOMS (ie, you had a good workout yesterday and it hurts today), someone with soft tissue injuries acquired in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), or wanting to rid the body of every day tension and stress, Marco believes he's got the hands for you.
Modalities employed by Marco include: Swedish massage techniques, myofascial and trigger point therapy techniques, and various types of stretches such as ‘PNF stretching’ to assist with increasing the movement of restricted joints. Marco also utilizes deep pressure to get at those achy and naggy pains which seem like they just won’t go away.
Outside of work, Marco enjoys astronomy, MMA and watching food travel documentaries about places he hopes to explore one day.

Aleem Dhanjee finished RMT program (from VCMT).
Aleem has studied at various institutions including UBC, KPU and Douglas college prior to entering VCMT’s Full-Time 20-month program and has had plenty of exposure to Biological Sciences, Human Anatomy and Physiology as well as Kinesiology.
He utilizes his knowledge of human anatomy to understand and treat orthopedic conditions (tendonitis, impingements, sports injuries, nerve and spinal compressions), improve posture, as well as manage symptoms of systemic conditions (cardiovascular and autoimmune conditions) in order to improve his patients’ quality of life.
Treatments can focus on: relaxation, postural issues, tension relief, relieving anxiety and stress, etc.
Sarra Leung, Registered Massage Therapist (Richmond BC)

Sarra completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Coming from a competitive swimming background, she noticed the benefits and positive outcomes of massage therapy, thus inspiring her to pursue a career as an RMT. Whether the intention is ongoing maintenance or a road to recovery from an accident, she aims to help her clients achieve these goals.

Mia Hancock has finished Vancouver Career College RMT program.
Mia's focus of practice is treating pains (although relaxation massages are also welcome). Out of everyone at our clinic, Mia had the most direct training from Elana Wu.
With extensive experience working as an administrator at multi-disciplinary healthcare clinics, Mia has a deep appreciation of what it means to solve problems by carefully listening to each person she sees, and to work together with them to resume a pain-free and functional life.
Mia has experience with muscular imbalances, frozen shoulder, TMJ syndrome, managing and correcting poor posture, and repetitive strain conditions. She incorporates a wide variety of techniques during treatment, including Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Mobilization, Joint Mobilization, Swedish, and Active Tissue Release.
In her spare time, Mia enjoys entertaining her cat, Bikram yoga, weight-training, and a good book.
Jacky Ye, Registered Massage Therapist (Richmond BC)

Jacky Ye finished Registered Massage Therapy program (Langara College). Jacky also had some training from Elana Wu.
Jacky Ye graduated from the 3000 hours Langara College RMT program in 2018 of December. He had the opportunities to participate in many outreaches such as St. John hospice, UBC hockey outreach, Icord, BC women’s hospital, survival of the fittest marathon, and etc.
He has experience in treating sports related injuries, muscular imbalance, sports related injuries, frozen shoulders, piriformis syndrome, and poor postures related from work.
Jacky incorporates techniques in treatments such as Deep tissue work, Myofascial release, Joint mobilizations, and Swedish massages. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his dog, martial arts, weightlifting and being with family and friends.

Catherine Chung, Registered Massage Therapist (Richmond BC)

Catherine Chung graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy located in Toronto, Ontario. She has been practicing registered massage therapy since 2018 and continues to enhance her knowledge and skill set. Her in-depth patient centered approach has benefited the treatments for her clients where she can assess and create a treatment plan based on their needs. Catherine works with Chronic pain issues, autoimmune disorder symptoms, sports injuries, expecting mothers (prenatal) and stress management.
Her growing techniques which include general Swedish massage, relaxing hot stone treatment to a deep tissue massage has shown to keep her treatments diverse.
On her time off, she is with her two rescue dogs where she takes them on walks and new places every time. She’s a big foodie who enjoys trying new things! She enjoys cooking/ baking and creating abstract art while listening to music in her spare time.
