ClinicTherapy.com operates independently from all insurance companies, we usually have no way to check specific details of your policy (except for ICBC). Please contact your insurer for such details
Most Registered Massage Therapists at our clinic provide some direct billing (except for Elana Wu). As of 2021 September 8th all therapists except for Elana Wu provide Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, ICBC direct billing services. Can you check how much Registered Massage Therapy coverage (RMT coverage) I have left?
We can only check ICBC coverage, none of the other companies share that information with any clinics, you will need to check your policy and your eligibility. To check your ICBC coverage we will need your Case number and your adjuster’s email address.
What else should I know before my first visit?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out a direct billing authorization form. Please note that if your insurance company does not approve your claim instantly (rare) you will have to pay for the full treatment price before leaving the clinic. We will then submit the claim so that the payment (if approved) will be sent directly to you.
We are usually open on holidays, except December 25, Christmas day.
